New Publishing Process

Articles and Notes will now be published online immediately when they are ready, rather than waiting for all content of a new issue to be ready before it is published. The latest issue will be labelled with "In Progress" when we are still adding content and it is not yet complete. Content in the "In Progress" issue will be fully citable, with a year, volume, issue, page numbers, and a DOI assigned when they are published.
